At The Daily Kueh, we are excited to collaborate with you to create a unique & handcrafted cake.
Please note that since our cake design is handmade, the final product may slightly differ from shown images or discussions. Our bakers may make adjustments to ensure structural stability while maintaining the overall design concept.
Decorative elements such as edible pearls, sugar flowers, or any other inedible decorations may occasionally come loose or fall off the cake, especially during transport. This natural occurrence is a reminder of the handcrafted nature of our cakes.
We strive to showcase our color palette accurately, however minor variations may occur.

Q : Do you provide delivery?
A : Yes we provide delivery & in store pickup is available too. Read more here.
Q : Can you provide recommendation/tips if I were to choose pickup/arrange someone to pickup?
A : If you're arranging third party runner (Lalamove, Grab etc.), always choose Car delivery regardless of any cake or size. Leave notes to the driver to put an extra care during delivery. Pro Tips : Place the cake on the front footrest and position the aircond directly towards the cake. Avoid any direct heat or sun.
Q : My event is next month. When is the best time to place an order?
A : 3-4 weeks prior is recommended so we have ample time to prepare the decoration or packaging materials. The earlier, the better. Date & Time slots are selectable before checkout.
Q : Can I walk-in & place my order at your studio?
A : Yes. Feel free to walk-in & consult with our fellow bakers.
Q : What is available payment method?
A : For website/online order, we offer Paypal for credit/debit card payment, and Billplz for FPX Online Banking. Feel free to choose any of these two. For walk-in/offline order, only Maybank QR Pay & GrabPay payment method are available at our counter.
Q : Can you show sizing sample on how the cake would look like in person?
A : If you walk-in, our bakers will roughly show you the sizes. Or you can also refer here.
Q : I'm interested to order the same design. Will you be able to create the exact design?
A : However, recreating an exact duplicate is unrealistic, even if it's our own design. If you're okay with slight changes, kindly allow 20% to 30% difference of its original design. Cake designs are human made & handmade thus it's impossible for our designer to produce 100% similar design.
Q : My color theme is not in your color palette selection. Can I request a different palette?
A : Yes. Color palette is always customizable. You may request to add/eliminate any color from the palette, or choose which color you want the most/least. Leave notes at special remarks section and our Team will take note!
Q : Do you provide cake knife & candle?
A : We provide stainless steel cake knife for wedding cakes, and plastic cake knife for the rest. Candle is not provided, but you may add-on candle.
Q : Do you have ready stock cakes? Can I see them?
A : Yes 4" petite cakes are available daily at our Studio. You may direct walk-in to purchase or contact our baker to check for availability.
Q : How long will your cake last? Is it possible to pickup days earlier?
A : Our cakes are best eaten within 5 days after collection. Yes, you may pickup earlier and store the cake as usual in the fridge.
Q : Can I cancel my order?
A : Order cancellation is not allowed. But you may postpone your order. WhatsApp us at least 5 days prior or earliest possible to confirm.
Q : Can I still place an order for tomorrow?
A : It depends on our order volume. Kindly WhatsApp us to confirm!
Q : Do you do baby-friendly of no-salt & no-sugar cakes?
A : Unfortunately at the moment we wont be able to accept specific request for flavor customization.
Q : Do you have dummy cake options?
A : Yes, we do dummies as well. WhatsApp us to get a quote!
