Q: Do you provide delivery?

Q: Can you give out some tips if I choose self-pickup or use a runner?
A: If you're arranging a third-party runner (e.g. Lalamove, Grab), always choose Car Delivery — regardless of any cake.

Pro Tips:

  • Ask the driver to handle with care.
  • Place the cake on the front footrest.
  • Direct the car’s air-cond towards the cake.
  • Avoid direct heat or sunlight.

Q: My event is next month. When should I place an order?
A: Ideally, 3–4 weeks in advance. This gives us time to prepare decor and packaging. The earlier, the better! You’ll be able to select your preferred date and time before checkout.

Q: Can I walk in and place an order at your bakery?
A: Yes! Walk-ins are welcome. Our bakers are happy to assist and consult with you.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A:

  • Online orders: Credit/debit via PayPal, or FPX Online Banking via Billplz.
  • Walk-in orders: Duitnow QR & card payments are accepted at our counter. We don't accept cash.

Q: Can I see a sample of cake sizing in person?
A: If you walk in, our bakers can guide you through size estimates. You can also refer to our [Sizing Guide here].

Q: I love one of your previous designs. Can you recreate the exact same cake?
A: We’ll do our best to stay true to the design. However, due to the handmade nature, 20–30% variation is expected. We appreciate your understanding!

Q: My color theme isn’t in your palette. Can I customize it?
A: Absolutely. Our color palette is fully customizable. Leave your preferences in the “Special Remarks” section upon ordering.

Q: Do you provide a cake knife and candles?
A:

  • Cake knife: Stainless steel knife for wedding cakes; plastic knife for others.
  • Candles: Not included by default, but available as add-ons.

Q: Do you have ready-stock cakes? Can I walk in and buy?
A: Yes! Our 4” Petite Cakes are available daily at the bakery. Feel free to walk in or contact us to check availability.

Q: How long will the cake last? Can I pick up a few days early?
A: Our cakes are best consumed within 5 days. You may pick up earlier and store in the fridge.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellations are not allowed. However, you may postpone your order by contacting us at least 7 days in advance (or as early as possible).

Q: Can I place a last-minute order for tomorrow?
A: Depending on availability, yes! Please WhatsApp us to confirm.

Q: Do you offer baby-friendly cakes with no salt or sugar?
A: At the moment, we’re unable to accommodate custom flavor requests such as no-salt or no-sugar cakes.

Q: Do you offer dummy cakes?
A: Yes, we do! Reach out via WhatsApp to request a quote.

Q: Are your cakes Halal?
A: While we are not officially Halal-certified, we only use Halal-certified ingredients and do not use alcohol or gelatin in any of our products. Our brand is Muslim-owned and all of baked goods are prepared by Muslim bakers.

Q: Can I choose my own delivery time?
A: We allow delivery time selection based on available slots. You can choose your preferred time during checkout, or WhatsApp us if you need to request a specific window.

Q: Do you offer bulk orders or corporate gifts?
A: Yes, we do! From mini cakes to gift boxes, we can cater for bulk events. Reach out to us for a custom quote.
