Pickup Information

Pickup Hours : 10:00 AM – 5:50 PM
Please select your preferred date and time slot when placing your order.

Important: 
Kindly ensure that you arrive before closing time. We do not accommodate late pickups. Any missed pickups will be rescheduled for the next day. Please contact us if you need to reschedule.

Cake Handling Notice:
Once your order has left our premises, we are no longer responsible for any damages during transit. We highly encourage you to inspect your order upon collection. If your cake appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue on the spot.


 

Delivery

Delivery Information

  • Wedding or multi-tiered cakes will be delivered by our bakers or professional in-house runners directly to the venue.
  • Smaller or single-tier cakes which are generally safe for transport, will be delivered via third-party services like Lalamove or our trusted regular drivers.

Delivery Disclaimer:
We are not liable for any damage once the cake has been delivered. If safety or convenience is a concern, we strongly recommend self-pickup instead.

Change in Delivery Time:
If you request a change in timing after the cake has been handed to the runner, additional charges may apply to cover waiting time or route rescheduling.

On-Site Setup Notice:
Some cakes, particularly those that are tall, heavy, or require delicate arrangement may require on-site decoration or setup. Clients will be notified in advance if this is necessary to ensure a safe and successful presentation.

Delivery Coverage Area

Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya & Negeri Sembilan.

We understand that celebrations happen everywhere and we’re happy to explore out-of-region or interstate delivery, including overseas requests in select cases.

Kindly note:
For locations outside our regular delivery zone, a minimum order requirement will apply, and clients are responsible for covering any logistical arrangements such as transportation, fuel costs, or flight tickets (where applicable). We will do our best to coordinate and assist in planning a smooth, safe delivery experience.

Pickup & Delivery Checklist

To ensure your cake arrives safely and beautifully, here’s a quick checklist to guide you through both self-pickup and delivery arrangements. A little prep goes a long way in keeping your cake perfect!

Before Pickup / Delivery:

  • Double-check your pickup date & time slot.
  • Make sure your contact number is active in case we need to reach you.
  • Arrange car delivery only (no bikes!) if using Lalamove, Grab, or any runner.

For Pickup:

  • Clear space in your car — the front footwell is ideal for stability.
  • Turn on the air-cond and direct it toward the cake during transit.
  • Inspect the cake at pickup. Let us know immediately if anything looks wrong.

For Delivery:

  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the cake.
  • Refrigerate the cake as soon as it arrives.
  • Avoid placing the cake near heat, sunlight, or humid areas
