Refund policy

 

We take great pride in every cake we make. To ensure transparency and clear expectations, please read through our refund, return, and cancellation policy carefully.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders are final and non-cancellable once confirmed.

Should you find the need to cancel under any circumstances, please note that refunds will not be issued. However, we understand plans may change — you may opt to postpone your order by informing us at least 7 days before the scheduled collection or delivery date or the sooner the better.

 

RETURN & REFUND

For hygiene and food safety reasons, all cakes handed over in good condition are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We highly encourage customers to:

  • Inspect your order upon collection or upon delivery
  • Notify us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

In the rare event of damage:

  • If damage occurs within our premises, our team will repair the cake on the spot before it leaves the bakery.
  • For wedding cakes or tiered cakes delivered by our team, we may dispatch a team for on-site setup or repair, if the damage is deemed severe.
  • For deliveries via third-party drivers, we cannot be held responsible once the cake leaves our premise. Please refer to our Pickup & Delivery Policy and Disclaimer for full terms.

If a refund is considered appropriate:

  • It will be limited to the value of the affected cake
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days upon resolution
